Whether you’re on the field, behind the scenes, or helping keep the game moving, there’s a place for you to get involved.   • Love the game and want to make a difference? We are always looking for volunteer coaches. You can get started as an assistant coach or step right into a head coach role, depending on your experience and interest. We’ll provide support and training as available.   • Calling all soccer enthusiasts 14 years old and beyond! Looking to earn income while staying connected to the game? Paid referees play a vital role in creating a safe, fair, and fun environment on the field and we are always looking for qualified officials, right here in New London, CT.   • Don't know very much about soccer or have time, but would like to be part of the team?  Being a team parent is very helpful to the players and coaches, and provides an easy opportunity to get involved when time allows.  Being a team parent can involve helping the coach communicate to the team practice and game schedules, field directions, providing healthy snacks and player encouragement.
