You can get started as an assistant coach or step right into a head coach role, depending on your experience and interest. We’ll provide support and training as available. Paid referees play a vital role in creating a safe, fair, and fun environment on the field and we are always looking for qualified officials, right here in New London, CT. Don't know very much about soccer or have time, but would like to be part of the team? Being a team parent is very helpful to the players and coaches, and provides an easy opportunity to get involved when time allows. Being a team parent can involve helping the coach communicate to the team practice and game schedules, field directions, providing healthy snacks and player encouragement.
